As a parent of an ADHD child, I have long heard about the success of the Feingold diet with ADHD children.
Many parents have been successful in using their method, for me, it was a bit overwhelming when you have other children. However, I understand they have updated their options to accomodate today's busy families.
As a parent advocate (Sue Scheff), I believe parents need to review all their options when considering alternatives for their kids.
